Third Floor

Dedicated to meetings & events, the Hilton Glasgow’s third floor hosts 9 Hilton Meeting rooms as well as our striking Grand Ballroom which can accommodate up to 1,000 delegates. Our meeting hosts & event team are always available at the business centre to accommodate your every need.

All 9 of our Hilton Meeting rooms offer plenty of natural daylight, fully controllable air conditioning, flexible lighting and complimentary delegate settings
and stationary. For medium sized conferences and larger meetings we can offer 2 adaptable spaces which are a combination of the Glenfiddich, Glengoyne & Oban rooms.
 

 

The Isle of Jura

The Isle of Jura room is designed with the smaller meeting in mind and offers an intimate space ideal for 1 to 1 interviews. The Isle of Jura can accommodate up to 6 people.

The Glengoyne room is similar to but slightly smaller than the Glenfiddich room, a highly adaptable space suited to small conferences and medium sized meetings. The Glengoyne room can accommodate up to 40 people.

The Glenmorangie room is situated opposite the Oban room and is exactly the same size. Ideal for small conferences and medium sized meetings, the Glenmorangie room can accommodate up to 60 people.

The Dalmore room is our dedicated boardroom, benefiting from a large static boardroom table accommodating up to 16 people. The Dalmore is also ideal for smaller dinners for up to 30 people.

The Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom is one of the largest conference and events venues in Scotland, which ideally splits into three adaptable spaces all with individual access and individually controlled air conditioning and lighting.  Combined as one, the Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 1000 people for a wedding, or 860 for dinner.

Fourth Floor

Dedicated to meetings & events, the Hilton Glasgow’s fourth floor hosts 6 Hilton Meeting rooms. All 6 rooms offer plenty of natural daylight, fully controllable air conditioning, flexible lighting and complimentary delegate settings and stationary.

The fourth floor is completely private, with direct elevator & stair access, and is the perfect space for exclusive use. Each of the 6 rooms can accommodate up to 15 people.

The GlenGarioch

Like all Hilton Meetings rooms, the Glen Garioch is designed to receive natural daylight and has been recently refurbished with a fresh and contemporary design. Air conditioning, flexible lighting, a fully stocked fridge with soft drinks and complimentary meeting stationary all add to the Hilton Meetings experience - ensuring productive, successful, hassle-free meetings. The room is located on the fourth floor and is exclusively used for theatre, classroom and boardroom events of between 10 and 20 delegates in size. When the Glen Garioch room is combined with our dedicated service staff and catering options, a memorable event is sure to be had.
